Standard furniture delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. In-stock smaller accessories are shipped within 3-5 business days via standard courier services.

Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly?

Yes, we offer premium White Glove delivery for an additional fee, which includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Design Store account to view real-time updates on your shipment's progress.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
